BASIC PURPOSE Performs the daytime warehouse functions: receives inbound product from vendors, tags and records product, restocks product into the pick and reserve slots and replenishes pick slots by letting down product from the reserve slots. This makes sure that the division maintains proper inventory levels and that the inventory is in place for fast and accurate selection during the night shift. Such selection is key for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Safely and accurately select customer orders.

Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet

Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment

What You Bring to the Table Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed

Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday. At times weekends and holidays will be required

Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.

Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred

moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required

The expected base rate for this role is between $24.73 and $26.73 per hour. As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and Freezer premium. Benefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
