Full-Time & Part-Time Nursing CNA

Northbrooke Post-Acute , a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is located in Jackson, Tennessee servicing patients with wound care, rehabilitation and skilled services. Our focus is to provide the utmost quality of care to all of our patients while maintaining a compliant and welcoming environment. The Certified Nursing Assistant role supports assigned residents with routine daily activities and nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisors.

Use the wristband or photo to identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
Transports residents to assigned locations for activity.
Monitor and supervise residents at all times to ensure resident safety.
Assist in passing meal trays to residents at meal times. Ensure the correct tray is given to the correct resident.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in Tennessee.
