Since 1946, we’ve built high-performance braking and suspension systems known worldwide for their quality and reliability. In 2023, we expanded through the acquisition of ACI Industries, strengthening our capabilities in complex machining and precision assembly.

We’re hiring an NPD Manufacturing Engineer - Machining to support our New Product Development team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of CNC machining and automation processes from development through launch, working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturable, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and optimize CNC machining processes
Support multi-axis CNC setup and troubleshooting
Support quality and capability studies (GR&R, SPC, PPAP)
Mentor technicians and junior engineers
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
5-7 years of CNC machining experience
CAM programming and G-code proficiency
Multi-axis CNC machining experience
Experience improving quality, scrap, or efficiency
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Bonus: Automation or robotics experience
