As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Fellowship Village, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents, offering hands-on care and support that directly enhances their well-being.

Work alongside experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional health care.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.

Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Valid New Jersey LPN license.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living.

Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.

Flu vaccination required.
