Nurse Manager- Home Infusion Pharmacy- Portland, Oregon
Schedule- Full Time/ Days
Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan. Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience.

• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
