Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Recruiter. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to support hiring efforts across a variety of business functions. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding support. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.

Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on search progress, market trends, and hiring challenges.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed.

1-2 years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting.

Experience using Oracle Taleo - they don't have time to train on this.

Someone that is actually interested and dedicated to recruiting.

Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
