Customer Experience & Community

Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates
Store Operations & Merchandising
Assist with day-to-day operations, including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
Sales & Business Support
Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
