Teller / Bank Teller - Nights

Location: On site at location listed in job posting.
Weekly Scheduled Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:15 pm Friday 8 am - 5:15 - Note Saturdays 8:30-1:15 approx once per month
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions in a retail banking environment. Often serving as the first point of contact to the client, may have responsibility for recommending bank products or referring clients to other areas of the Bank. Responsible for maintaining high customer service and procedural standards. Provides fulfillment of retail banking products either through referral-based leads, prospecting lists or self-sourcing. Monitors and maintains control of cash.
Handle a cash drawer; ensuring proper control of cash drawer; follow all audit and security policies and procedures.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payment transactions for customers.
Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
Assist in the verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository.
Enhance individual knowledge to better serve clients by attending relevant sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning.
Promote bank products and services to further enhance client relationships.
Compliance and risk management
~ Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.

High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
