Employment Type: Locum Tenens Physician Job

Schedule: 3 full clinic days per week, plus OR block time and call coverage

Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,780–$6,850

Patient Volume: Up to 16 encounters per shift

Clinic, in-office procedures, and surgical/OR support

Board certified in Urology required

At least 1 year of Urology experience preferred

Active or eligible Washington medical licensure required

Fellowship training preferred

Strong background in general adult urology required

Required procedures and skills include ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, renal and bladder ultrasound, incontinence procedures, laparoscopic surgeries, and ESWL

Provide comprehensive general urology care in both outpatient clinic and procedural settings

Perform in-office procedures such as cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing

Support scheduled OR time and perform surgical procedures as appropriate

Serve as the primary urology provider on call, with APP backup support available

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of care
