\n Your Impact on OurRetail Fulfillment Centers:

• n \n Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• n \n \n Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.
• n \n \n Inspect, prepare, andmaintainmerchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
• n \n \n Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• n \n \n Assistwith product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise iscustomer-ready.
• n \n \n Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• n \n \n Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand.
• n \n Grow with our team through active participation in training, meetings, and skill development opportunities.

• n \n Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, withassistancefor heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.
• n \n \n Warehouse & Technical Skills: Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but notrequired; n \n \n Customer & Quality Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences whilemaintaininghigh standardsfor product quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
