Location: Flint, MI
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $1,998.00 - $2,097.90 per week
Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00 (Note: Regular day shift with no rotations)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only - travel stipend not available
Requirements
2 years of experience as an RN
Valid RN license
Be willing to obtain Michigan licensure
Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
Preferred Skills
Experience working in home health care environments
Strong assessment and patient education skills

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments and care planning.
Utilize your expertise with OASIS and EMR systems to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
Educate patients and families to promote health and safety in the home environment.
