What You’ll Be Doing: Managing commercial real estate transactions and closings
Coordinating due diligence, title/survey review, and closing deliverables
Drafting and organizing loan and transaction documents
Working closely with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and outside parties
Supporting post-closing execution and file management
Ideal Background: 4+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience preferred
Lending / lender-side experience strongly preferred
Experience owning closings and managing multiple deals simultaneously
