The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the integration of AI into the core of its product and engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the AI technology strategy, owning the full technical architecture, and ensuring that AI is at the forefront of all development. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the CTO expected to be deeply involved in all aspects of AI engineering, from model selection and fine-tuning to deployment at scale. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in modern AI engineering, including experience with foundation models, agentic architectures, and a deep understanding of the economics of AI. The ideal candidate will have a history of successful AI deployment in real business processes, a rigorous approach to evaluation, and a demonstrated ability to lead a globally distributed, remote team. The CTO must be a world-class individual contributor, with outstanding communication skills, and a relentless focus on speed, ownership, and quality.
