Compensation: $ 2 8.42 - $ 2 8.42 per hour

Tessera is seeking a hard-working and dedicated General Maintenance Worker with a positive attitude.
Responsible for a variety of tasks, which may include applying touch-up paint, caulking, replacing floor and ceiling tile , replacing electrical outlets, switching covers and bulbs, repairing/replacing door hardware, cleaning roof drains and gutters.
Assist skilled workers in performing various electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry work.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Communicate and interact directly with the customer and supervisors, informing the customer of unexpected or additional repairs and determining customer needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
Make difficult diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Must be a b le to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time.
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance . The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis .
