Barback-Casino Bar

The Barback is responsibility for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products. Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. May assist bartender to help do his/her job effectively and efficiently.
Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars, and stocking of assigned bars.
Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.
Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.
Maintains and fixes equipment as needed, such as clogged drains.
Shares the responsibility with the bartender for setting up and cleaning up the bar each shift.
actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company's success
Knowledge/Work Experience:
~ Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
High school diploma or G.Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals and other related documents. Fluency in English required. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifteen (15) pounds, and prolonged standing during the shift.

When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
