Night Server/Bartender

Suite Server Position

As a Suite Server, you'll be responsible for food and beverage service in the suites at Idaho Central Arena. This includes suite catering orders as well as individual food and beverage orders during arena events. Events include Steelheads games, Front Street Fights, Concerts, and other special events. This is a very fast-paced food service and hospitality environment. all catering orders are properly presented and ready upon guest's arrival. Must be comfortable using a mobile point-of-sale system to take in suite food and beverage orders during events (writing an order down is not an option). Ensure all suites/groups are enjoying their food/drinks and takes the initiative to correct any issues that may arise. When needed, will help run food and assists others on the suite serving team throughout the event. Must be 19 or older to serve alcohol.

• Must be able work Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday nights (start time 5 PM)
• 1-2 years serving experience
• Comfortable serving multiple large groups
• Able to carry both small and large drink/food trays
• Ability to process cash and credit card payments accurately
• Ensure all catering orderings are correct, set, and presented properly
• Effectively communicate with the food runners, bartenders and management of any issues
• 1-2 hours cleaning/closing duties at the end of the night
