A Bachelor’s Degree in social work or human service, OR Associate's Degree
plus completion of Doula certification training, OR Associate's Degree plus
two years' relevant social service experience.

• Must become SIU Doula Medicaid Certified within 18 months of hire.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Spanish preferred.
