Maintenance Hoist Technician

Perform basic and complex electrical/hoist maintenance related tasks and know the proper technical requirements and methods needed to complete these tasks. Install, repair, and maintain all in-house hoist. Install, maintain, and repair bridge cranes and their support systems. Fill out necessary inspection forms and work orders. Order parts necessary for above equipment. Comply with all applicable occupational Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, as well as Crown's safety rules and regulations for each task performed. To prevent the risk of injury, report all unsafe conditions and do not perform any unsafe acts. High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to safely operate lift trucks, and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic. Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT guidelines. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
