Customer Service Teller (Part-time)

Overview Teller - Member Service Representative at CES Credit Union in Mount Vernon, OH is looking to hire a part-time Teller - Member Service Representative. Are you a customer service guru? Do you want to work for a credit union that values you and your contributions? If so, please read on!

Responsibilities As a Teller - Member Service Representative, you are the initial contact for our customers. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our customers. With professionalism, you help process transactions and solve problems, as well as provide information about the services we offer. You process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy. Conscientiously, you follow all credit union policies and procedures as well as use your observational skills to watch for potential security risks. You also have opportunities to use your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our customers as people, not numbers!
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service and cash-handling experience
Proficiency with computers and other office equipment
Strong math skills
Work Schedule This part-time position will work an average of 27 - 29 hours a week during our hours of Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
