Manufacturing Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management.

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; Language Skills
