Step into a leadership role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you\'ll design and oversee comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. Create evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs tailored to each child\'s unique needs

Team Leadership & Training

Deliver engaging training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and ethical best practices

Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across all programs

Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide holistic care

Document clinical progress and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory standards

Analyze data to track treatment effectiveness and client outcomes

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field

Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessments, and evidence-based interventions

2+ years of hands-on pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience in clinical or school settings

Direct experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
