Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Monday–Friday | Overtime Available
Weekly Hours: Full-time

As a Machinist I (CNC Turn), you will operate CNC turning (lathe) machines to produce precision aerospace components. You will perform machine setups, make minor program edits and adjustments, inspect finished parts, and ensure all work meets blueprint and quality specifications. This is an entry-level aerospace machining role requiring 0–2 years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Set up and operate CNC turning (lathe) machines and related equipment
Make program edits and machine adjustments to ensure part accuracy
Operate multiple machines in a cellular manufacturing environment
Apply basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and cutting tools
Inspect parts for dimensional and quality compliance
Maintain accurate production records (counts, scrap, time, etc.)
Assist and support more experienced machinists as needed
High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years CNC machining experience (turning/lathe preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
