Primary responsibilities include working with internal clients and vendors and purchasing HVAC-related inventory. Perform activities in the vendor purchasing program admin function
Help determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary
Assist in inventory analysis and maintenance
Work with vendors and service providers to get prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
Serve as a liaison between vendors and the sales staff
Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with the internal customers (users) and outside vendors/ suppliers
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area
Purchasing,

• 0-3 years  of purchasing experience
