We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Intervention for Autism. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their full potential. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our community. Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, ages 2-21, in various settings, including home, school, and clinic
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and training
Supervise and mentor junior therapists and BCBA candidates
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
