Associate Litigation Attorney - Remote

Duties Handle general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Represent clients in court and at depositions.
Requirements Current and active NJ Bar membership in good standing.
Up to 7 years of litigation experience preferred.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
Familiarity with case/file management systems.
Ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Active NJ Bar membership.
