Position Overview \n

Full Time Dental Assistant \n

Chair-side support across general dentistry procedures \n

Eligible for performance bonuses \n

Key Responsibilities \n

• n
• n \n

Provide chair-side assistance to the General Dentist across a full schedule of patients \n

Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms to Sage clinical standards \n

Take X-rays, capture intraoral scans, and enter accurate treatment plans \n

Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits and next steps \n

Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges; pack cord \n

Support the office and provider team with daily operations as needed \n

Minimum Qualifications \n

Expanded functions / expanded duties / registered dental assistant credentials (state-dependent)\n

Active radiography certification \n

Excellent communication and patient-care skills \n
