CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant who will provide exceptional administrative support to our Orlando, FL facility (11010 Florida Crown Drive, Orlando, FL 32824).
Maintaining the site calendar
Serving as the key first contact for the Orlando site, helping with scheduling of tours, visitors, and security requests
Ordering materials and supplies for the site
Determine proper course of action for incoming telephone calls and correspondence, directing to appropriate person or operational area
Serving as coordinator for onsite Associate Engagement activities
Project management of onsite events
Maintenance of office files, records, and filing systems
Act with tact and diplomacy when responding to any customer, whether internally or externally
Effectively collaborate with our broader community of Administrative Assistants within the Pharmacy org
ability to manage many details related to calendaring/scheduling, follow-up requests, travel-related planning, etc. Demonstrate emotional intelligence -- demonstrated ability to manage self around others and in difficult situations, remaining in control and professional at all times
High School Diploma

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Notary Public certification/license (or be willing to obtain one with company financial support)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing
Work at home requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
