Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years in assistant project management roles
• Land development engineering experience, including residential and commercial projects
• Thorough understanding of municipal codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Registered Professional Engineer in relevant field strongly preferred
• Experience with stormwater modeling, hydrologic calculations, and open channel/detention basin design

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with AES, CIVILD, WSPGW, PCSWMM, StormCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS
Familiarity with CLOMR/LOMR applications and processing
Strong marketing and business development skills
Outstanding client management and communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee execution and management of complex civil engineering projects to ensure timeliness and budget compliance
Lead, supervise, and review work of project staff to uphold quality standards
Foster and maintain positive client relationships, addressing technical and billing inquiries as needed
Prepare and direct design, specifications, estimates, and reports for land development projects
Monitor project progress, costs, billing, and accounts receivable to drive profitability
Collaborate with internal departments and support business development initiatives, marketing presentations, and client meetings
