As a Security Guard Unarmed in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel or resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to guest and visitor needs, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, amenities, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Have at least two years of security-related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
