Companionship: Assistance with Daily Activities: Help with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment for the senior.
Transportation: Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential outings.
Monitoring Health: Observe and report any changes in the senior's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any significant changes in the client's condition.
Caregiver Qualifications:

• 1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience preferred
• Willing to accept new PCAs/CNAs and provide in-home care training.
• Willingness to work some weekends or evenings
• Must be able to perform personal care, household tasks (light household cleaning, meal prep, mobility assistance, transportation using client or personal vehicle
• This role requires reliability, accountability, and the ability to show up consistently for clients who depend on care.
