RN ICU Neurosurgery - Night

Travel RN - ICU - Night Shift
Location: Aurora, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7PM - 7AM
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for our ICU department. The position involves caring for a variety of patients, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery cases, as well as post-operative open-heart patients. Candidates will work in a Level II Trauma Center with advanced equipment and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.
Perform bedside procedures including bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, and arterial and central line insertions.
Monitor and titrate IV drips and assist with airway care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
Prior Meditech experience is a plus.
Experience in CVICU/CTICU is preferred.
