Compensation Salary begins at $210,000.00+ per year (1.0 FTE). Bonuses: $75,000.00 total - $25,000.00 sign‑on bonus, $25,000.00 retention bonus after 2.5 years, and $25,000.00 retention bonus after 5 years of service.
Responsibilities Provide patients with exceptional dental care and remove barriers to a patient’s ability to maintain a healthy smile.
Treat problems associated with teeth and surrounding tissues.
Conduct treatment planning, restoration, extractions, root canal treatments, and periodontal disease management.
Perform routine exams, review radiographs, and assess patients’ dental conditions.
Administer local anesthetics and use infection control protocols.
Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Collaborate with NorthLakes providers and external resources to maximize integration of care.

Qualifications Doctor of Dentistry degree (DDS or DMD) and current, valid, unrestricted license to practice.
Excellent spatial judgment, visual memory, and manual dexterity.
Strong self‑discipline, business sense, and communication skills.
Education and/or Experience Doctor of Dentistry degree (DDS or DMD) and licensed to practice.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and presenting technical information.
Mathematical skills: probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry.
Reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization.
Computer skills: Electronic Health Record database and word processing software.
