Registered Nurse- Foster Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communication link with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; develop and coordinate care plans; deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and address concerns; support performance improvement initiatives; mentor colleagues; and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; experience with direct patient care preferred; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes; foster a collaborative work environment; contribute to quality improvement efforts; maintain professional development; and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
