Full Time - Client Services Rep
$12 per hourPlanet Fitness
Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Take prospective members on tours and assist them with new account sign‑up.
Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
Continual standing and walking during shift.
Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
Occasional exposure to commercial cleaning products.
Exceptional customer service skills; Customer service background preferred.
Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Full‑time employees are eligible for paid leave.
Hourly wage: $12.00 per hour.
