The Lemon Pros LLC is a premiere law firm located in Beverly Hills specializing in Consumer Protection Law. We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in various litigation cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills and the ability to handle a high volume of documents.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations to support litigation cases.

Assist in preparing and organizing documents for court proceedings, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Review and summarize voluminous documents for litigation purposes.

Participate in interviews with clients and witnesses, taking detailed notes and recording evidence.

Assist in drafting legal documents, such as complaints, answers, and motions.

Maintain accurate and organized case files, including tracking deadlines and documents.

Demonstrate proficiency in clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mailings.

Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and support the litigation process.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of legal research and analysis.

Experience in Civil Litigation

Ability to conduct document reviews and summarize large volumes of documents.

Excellent interviewing skills.

Proficiency in clerical tasks, including filing and mailings.

Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Experience with legal software and technology.
