Your Role:Lead continuous improvement projects spanning across multiple functions, both internal and external to the plantComplete 8D process and reports to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, internal product/process failures, equipment malfunctions and other plant support issues.Design and coordinate change management activities (PWP, FWP and Implementation)Mentor/train engineers and techniciansLead vendor, customer, internal and certification audits, both on-site and off-sitePerform and participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC, etc.)Present metrics and reports to management and external customersChampion and adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.Your Skills:BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred (Electrical or Industrial Engineers will be considered)Minimum 5-10+ years of engineering experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductor packaging or chemical processing; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMixing, coating, converting and punch press experience desired.Certified Quality Engineer by American Society of Quality preferredSix Sigma Green belt certification; We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and other legally protected characteristics.
