Texas Health Arlington Memorial, a nationally recognized facility within the Texas Health Resources system, is seeking a BC/BE clinical neonatologist to join its growing neonatology practice. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, supportive environment focused on compassionate, family-centered care within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The position emphasizes exceptional patient care and supports a healthy work-life balance, featuring 48-hour in-house shifts.

Practice Info

• 369-bed, full-service acute care facility
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Growing neonatology practice with a team of two physicians
• 30-bed, Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 9-11 babies
• Strong support staff, including tenured nurses with exceptionally low turnover
• Advanced services include high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide
