Achieve ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing Clinical Team!

We are a fast-growing, in-home ABA company with consistent referrals and zero waitlist , meaning you can start building your caseload right away .

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication, and a passion for helping clients make meaningful progress.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . At Achieve ABA , you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Responsibilities as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst include:

Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care

Analyze data + adjust programs

Review notes & maintain clinical quality

Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions

Work across home, and school settings to provide seamless support to families.

Compensation: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Strong communication, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

Must live in Colorado
