Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Viking Coca-Cola is a privately held company owned by the Faber Family. The company is family‑run and includes all team members, from delivery drivers and sales personnel to executive management and partners.

As an Operations Supervisor in Willmar, MN, you will lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff, manage operating expenses, maintain facility standards, and ensure smooth and efficient processes daily.

Oversee inventory management and optimize delivery schedules.

Maintain consistent operating procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure safety and quality are upheld across all operations.

Experience with warehouse management software.

Familiarity with tractor/trailer operations.

Class A license highly preferred.

Ability to obtain a health card after a Motor Vehicle Check in line with the Vehicle Safety Policy.

Experience in beverage vending (not mandatory).
