Mechanical BAS/HVAC Controls Estimator/Sales Manager

Position Overview: This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales. The company is well-established in the area, boasting numerous ongoing projects and maintaining strong relationships within the industry.

Estimate and manage sales projects focused on BAS and HVAC controls.
Utilize a strong skillset in mechanical understanding, installation, and expertise in BAS and HVAC controls.
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate project implementation.
Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication.
5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC products, building automation systems, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
