Paraeducator - Part-Time

Overview Students in this position perform duties essential to operation of sporting events. Must be a current Lipscomb University Student . This position may be Federal Work Study eligible.
Duties to include are: ball handlers for soccer & volleyball, ticket sellers, ushers, concession workers, set up before a game, break down after a game and other duties as needed by game day manager. Duties begin one hour before game time and conclude approximately 30 minutes after conclusion of game. Timeliness is a must since games depend on jobs to be completed and positions manned by start of game. Student must be aware of weather conditions, as outdoor games are played rain or shine.
Responsibilities Ball handlers for soccer & volleyball
Ticket sellers
Ushers
Concession workers
Set up before a game
Break down after a game
Other duties as needed by game day manager
Qualifications Must be a current Lipscomb University Student
Position may be Federal Work Study eligible
Timeliness and reliability required; duties start one hour before game time and end about 30 minutes after game
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain or shine)
