Full‑Service Litigation Law Firm, Multi‑Disciplinary Practice Areas and Experience across a broad spectrum of industries. This client‑centric approach has fostered long‑standing partnerships.

Represent insurance companies and their insureds in litigation matters involving trucking and other liability claims.

Drafting and arguing motions before the court.

Evaluating and resolving claims and lawsuits in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

Interacting with clients, claims professionals, and opposing counsel regularly to ensure a proactive approach to litigation matters.

Conducting legal research and analysis of law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on trucking and liability claims.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Ability to travel as needed for case management.
