Therapy-first clinical and administrative support

Tablet with data plan provided

Mileage reimbursement - plus tools to reduce windshield time

Paid training and ongoing mentorship

Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT

Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function

Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing

Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
