Our patients experience the convenience of in-clinic chemotherapy treatments, as well as the treatment and management of blood disorders.**Job Description:**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Responsible for staffing, scheduling and flow of the clinic to ensure safe environment and quality patient care.* Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the clinical and administrative activities of the clinics.* Develops efficient and effective processes aligning all clinic departments to provide quality patient care.* Attends management meetings as required.* Conducts monthly staff meetings.* Serves as liaison between all clinic departments* Responsible for dissemination of information from monthly meeting with management to staff at clinic.* Assists physicians with needs as they arise.* Responsible to create and grow culture with the staff and all departments that align with mission, vision, and values of the practice.* Oversight of daily operations.* Other duties as assigned
