As an RN Admissions Nurse , you'll play a vital role in helping patients access hospice services while providing education, support, and clinical expertise during the transition to end-of-life care. Four 10-hour shifts (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Monday through Friday, offering added flexibility and work-life balance.

• As an RN Admissions Nurse, you'll help ensure patients and families receive the information, guidance, and care they need from the very beginning of their hospice journey.

Conducting pre-admission evaluations to determine eligibility and appropriateness for hospice services

Educating patients and families about hospice care and available services

Completing comprehensive nursing assessments

Developing initial plans of care tailored to patient and family needs

Providing interventions that enhance comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients and their families

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Current RN license in the state of practice

Hospice experience preferred (1+ year), but not required

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Knowledge of quality assurance and performance improvement practices
