Nursing LPN Weekend Night Shift

Our mission is to support each community’s success by providing leadership, corporate support, and tools to realize goals. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $7,500 sign‑on bonus.

Shift Differentials

• 1.00 PM and NOC during weekdays
• 1.50 PM and NOC weekends
• 1.00 day shift weekends

Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.

Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration.

Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.

Complete required record keeping on residents’ admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Customer‑service oriented.

LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or Travel-Contract LPN seeking a permanent facility with great benefits.

Experienced in long‑term care (preferred).

Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and staff.

Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting.

Professional and caring engagement with residents, families, and staff.
