FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Hite, Fanning & Honeyman is a premier, mid-size law firm located on the 9 th floor of the Ruffin building overlooking downtown Wichita.

Hite, Fanning is looking for an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our medical malpractice team. You’ll work closely with partners, other associates, and support staff.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Work with partners to advise clients on legal rights, options, and strategies.

Manage litigation files from inception through resolution.

2+ years of experience in medical malpractice or civil litigation

Comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

This position is an in-person position in Wichita, KS working Monday - Friday
