Psychiatrist — Part-TimeWe're looking for a psychiatrist who wants to practice great psychiatric care — with kids, families, and young adults — without the demands of a full-time schedule.Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults — all online, covered by most insurance. We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and our psychiatrists are a core part of an integrated care team, not a separate service line. You'll work alongside PMHNPs, therapists, and care coordinators who are all focused on the same patients.If you want meaningful part-time psychiatric work with real clinical collaboration and real flexibility — this is worth your time.What this role looks likeYou'll carry a part-time caseload of 15–22 hours per week, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment via telehealth. Afternoon and evening availability is required.
