As a Litigation Attorney at London Fischer, you will be defending general liability and construction, cases. You will have a strong foundation in litigation and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently evaluate, strategize, and resolve complex litigation and liability issues.

Represent clients in all litigation phases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.

Collaborate with a team while taking ownership of cases, prioritizing positive outcomes for clients.

Develop and apply knowledge in areas such as all phases of litigating personal injury, products liability and construction defect cases.

Engage directly with clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of three years of litigation experience.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with civil litigation including general liability, product liability or construction defect cases.

Skills: Strong analytic, communication, and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-starter attitude is essential.

Languages: Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
