TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greenwood Village, Colorado, 80112!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Float
Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Float Pool
Provide direct patient care across multiple Medical Surgical and Telemetry units within a defined geographic float zone covering a 60-mile radius from the Denver city center
Manage an adult and geriatric patient population with diagnoses including cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, oncology, renal, urology, general surgery, gynecology, psych/detox, ENT, and general medicine
Titrate Heparin drips and manage patients on RT equipment including vents, CPAP, and BiPAP as needed
Adapt to facility assignments that may be communicated 1–2 hours before shift start under a Just-In-Time scheduling model, or follow a set weekly facility assignment
Float across acuity levels as needed, including ICU (low-acuity holds), PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele units
Fulfill weekend shift requirements (6–9 shifts per 6-week schedule) and participate in holiday rotation as requested
Active RN licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
Ability to maintain housing within a feasible distance to float throughout the full 60-mile zone
Must be physically present in state for the week of orientation, even if initial modules are completed remotely
Flexibility to accept facility assignments via Just-In-Time notification (1–2 hours before shift start)
Prior experience in a neurological nursing setting
Experience working in a float pool or multi-facility environment
Familiarity with a broad range of specialty populations including bariatrics, trauma, and rehab
Gain diverse clinical experience across multiple specialties and facilities within a dynamic regional float pool
Schedules are released 4–6 weeks in advance, providing reasonable advance notice for planning while maintaining flexibility
